  1. Perfect dish for all this cold snowy weather - Looks like you're getting what we're getting with these winter storms. I think I'll try to make this recipe for Christmas Eve. Thanks!

  2. Yum! I just made lasagna myself last week...it is a great dish in the winter. If fills you up and makes your feel all warm and loved all at the same time. I hope that the party was fun, even with you all being hurt at the same time. My horse broke some vertebrea in a womans back (he flipped over on top of her) but she made a full recovery after a few months out of the saddle. I hope you are ALL feeling better and that you had some good times at the party!

  3. The lasagna sounds delicious and I'm sure it will be a big hit at the party. Usually on Christmas Eve we have a cheddar cheese fondue which everyone loves and then on Christmas morning our tradition is a special french toast made with Hallah(spelling?) bread.
Have a great time at the party!

  4. Mmmm - I love lasagna... We always had lasagna on Christmas eve - my Mom and Grandma would make it ahead of time and freeze it so that they didn't have to cook a big meal xmas eve and Xmas day!

My husband's family has smoked meat on rye and cheese soup on Xmas eve. Also very good and not too much work!

  5. Oh that looks sooooo yummy!! I love anything with cheese, nooodles, and more cheese and more noodles!! I will have to try that one out.

And I had some back reading to do! How much fun to get a new camera. I got a new Nikon D40 too, but mine is still wrapped under the tree.

Here is a link to a guy that gives you all sorts of information on the D40

  7. Man that looks awesome! Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Well this Christmas Eve, hubby is working nights, so it will just be me and little cowgirl! I don't know what we will do. Probably homemade pizza, that's what she is asking for. Let her unwrap one present (always pjs) and off to bed! Christmas day we are having ham and all the fixings.

    Hope the party went well!

  8. Awww...my mouth is watering looking at those pictures? You know how sometime people say their mouth is watering, but they just think it looks nice, well that's not in this case. Drool is pouring out of my mouth...almost!
